Carrie Kelley is Chief Executive Officer of Price Forbes (Bermuda) Limited and oversees  the firm’s insurance operations in Bermuda. She joined the firm from Barbican Underwriting Bermuda in 2019, where she served as an Underwriter on the Property D&F Portfolio. Prior to Barbican, Ms. Kelley held senior roles at Bowring Marsh Bermuda and Guy Carpenter Bermuda. She began her career at Marsh U.S.A. in Chicago. Ms. Kelley has extensive experience broking accounts across all industry classes, ranging from SME clients to Fortune 100 organizations.

Charlie Sherriff is Chief Operations Director for Price Forbes Re and Price Forbes Capital Markets, with responsibility for global operations and change management across Bermuda, London, the United States, and Prague. He works closely with the Global President, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors to align operations with the firm’s strategic and commercial objectives. Mr. Sherriff has played a central role in the formation and governance of the Group’s Bermuda‑based entities. He brings extensive experience across regulatory oversight, governance, post‑merger integration, and operational improvement in complex, multi‑jurisdictional environments. Mr. Sherriff began his career at Arthur J. Gallagher International in London. He studied at the University of Manchester and the University of Hong Kong.

Chris Bonard is the Group President of Price Forbes Re and the Chief Executive Officer of the Bermuda platform. He relocated to Bermuda in 2019, where he led the launch of the Group’s insurance, reinsurance, and capital markets teams on the island. Prior to Bermuda, Mr. Bonard served as Managing Director of London Specialty Divisions at a major international wholesale broker. He began his career in 1986 at Guy Carpenter in the North American Treaty Department, before joining R.K. Carvill, where he worked in both London and Los Angeles. Mr. Bonard was appointed to the board of R.K. Carvill in early 2003 and became Managing Director of N.M.B. Specialty in 2005.

Jonathan Marsh is Global Head of Broking at Price Forbes Re and serves as Deputy C.E.O. of the Bermuda platform. He is also responsible for the firm’s global retrocession capabilities. Mr. Marsh joined Price Forbes Re from Gallagher Re, where he most recently served as Chairman of the Bermuda office. Prior, he spent 26 years at Willis Re in a range of senior leadership roles, including Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Deputy C.E.O of the Global Specialty division.

Marcella Riso has over 18 years of experience in the financial sector, with a background spanning strategic HR leadership, organizational development, employee relations, and talent management. She joined the insurance sector from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and became part of the Ardonagh Group through the Corant acquisition. Ms. Riso plays a key role in supporting the firm’s people strategy and organizational growth. She studied at Universita’ degli Studi del Salento in Italy, and at London South Bank University.

Nick Frankland is Non‑Executive Chair of Price Forbes Re. He brings more than 45 years of experience across the global reinsurance industry, with a career spanning senior leadership, strategic advisory, and board roles.

Mr. Frankland has held a number of senior positions at Aon, including Chief Executive Officer of Reinsurance for London and Bermuda, and he most recently served as Chair of the firm’s Global Strategy & Technology Group. Earlier in his career, he worked at Guy Carpenter, where he ultimately became EMEA Chief Executive Officer, and he has also held senior roles at R K Carvill, BMS Re, and Winchester Bowring Ltd.

In addition to his role at Price Forbes Re, Mr. Frankland currently serves as Non‑Executive Chair of Faraday Underwriting Ltd at Lloyd’s. He is widely recognised for his strategic insight, deep market knowledge, and extensive industry relationships, which he brings to supporting the continued growth and development of the Price Forbes Re platform.

Pat Rastiello is Chief Executive Officer of Price Forbes Re (USA) Inc. He was previously Chief Executive Officer and President of Accredited. Prior to Accredited, Mr. Rastiello spent 24 years at Aon Re where he founded the MGA Practice Group, a division he grew into one of the largest MGA brokerage platforms in the United States.

Paul Owen joined Price Forbes Re in 2022 as Chief Analytics Officer, bringing extensive experience leading exposure management, pricing, and capital analytics teams for insurance and reinsurance carriers across the United States, Bermuda, London, and international markets.

Mr. Owen has held senior leadership roles focused on building and advancing analytics capabilities for specialty and reinsurance underwriting across P&C classes. He has delivered portfolio management, business planning, risk transfer, and capital optimisation solutions for organisations including Montpelier Re, AIG, Argo, Axis Capital, MS Amlin, and Fidelis, and has worked closely with Risk Management Solutions on the development of its next‑generation analytics platform.

Sally‑Anne Baron began her career at Morgan Stanley and has since built an extensive track record across investment banking, hedge funds, and real assets investment management. Ms. Baron’s expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, finance, operational efficiency, change management, and organizational transformation. In addition to her executive roles, Ms. Baron serves as a Non‑Executive Director of the Hiscox Re ILS funds and the Meyer Group, and volunteers as Treasurer of the Bermuda Hospitals Charitable Foundation.

Tim Barber is Chief Executive Officer of Price Forbes Re London, bringing over 40 years of reinsurance experience to the firm. Previously, Mr. Barber spent 14 years at QBE Re, most recently as Head of North America in New York, during which time he led the International and U.S. Casualty Treaty divisions. His career also spans senior roles at Benfield Group, Aon, and Guy Carpenter, with a strong focus on Casualty reinsurance.
