Chris Bonard is the Group President of Price Forbes Re and the Chief Executive Officer of the Bermuda platform. He relocated to Bermuda in 2019, where he led the launch of the Group’s insurance, reinsurance, and capital markets teams on the island. Prior to Bermuda, Mr. Bonard served as Managing Director of London Specialty Divisions at a major international wholesale broker. He began his career in 1986 at Guy Carpenter in the North American Treaty Department, before joining R.K. Carvill, where he worked in both London and Los Angeles. Mr. Bonard was appointed to the board of R.K. Carvill in early 2003 and became Managing Director of N.M.B. Specialty in 2005.

Adam Champion brings over 20 years of experience across (re)insurance, analytics, portfolio management, and capital markets. Previously, Mr. Champion held senior roles at Brit Insurance, MS Amlin Reinsurance (as Head of Analytics), and AIR Worldwide, building deep expertise across property catastrophe risk, portfolio optimization, and alternative capital. He holds an MBA from Northeastern University and completed an international MBA exchange at NEOMA Business School.

Sherman Power has more than 25 years of reinsurance experience, leading underwriting and broking teams of actuaries, underwriters, and finance professionals. He previously led the US Structured Solutions team and served as Global Head of Innovation for Capital Advisory at Aon Re, and before that led the Regional and Large Structured Solutions team for Swiss Re US.
Sherman specialises in building market capacity for tailored risk transfer solutions and introducing alternative sources of underwriting capacity, including Structured Reinsurance, Collateralised Reinsurance, Parametric solutions, Sidecars, and Legacy risk transfer markets such as reserve covers, LPTs, and ADC structures.

Isaac Sanday is Global Head of Life & Health at Price Forbes Re and specialises in originating and structuring complex, multinational reinsurance transactions across life, pension, health, and annuity portfolios.He joined Price Forbes Re in June 2025 from Guy Carpenter, where he was Group Managing Director and Head of Life & Annuities Reinsurance. Isaac brings over 27 years of global financial services experience across the US, UK & Ireland, Bermuda, Japan, EMEA, and the EU. Prior to Guy Carpenter, he held senior roles at Willis Towers Watson (Willis Re), advising on strategic reinsurance optimisation, lapse risk, longevity risk transfer, and VIF monetisation in the context of M&A. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade at Swiss Re and worked in investment banking and capital advisory roles at R.J. O’Brien, Merrill Lynch, Calyon Financial (now Société Générale), and ABN AMRO.

Mark Shumway is Head of Advisory and has over 20 years’ experience as a risk and capital advisor across the (re)insurance sector. Mr. Shumway joined Price Forbes Re in 2023 to build the Advisory function as the nexus between Analytics and Capital Markets, having previously established Howden Capital Markets and the Howden Group’s Advisory offering. Prior to this, Mr. Shumway led advisory teams globally at JLT Re and regionally at Guy Carpenter, following earlier roles at KPMG and as a rating analyst at A.M. Best, covering non‑life and life carriers across Bermuda and APAC. He specialises in corporate finance advisory, sector M&A, economic and market analysis, counterparty and asset risk management, and the use of (re)insurance structures to protect and enhance shareholder value. Mr. Shumway holds the CFA charter, multiple insurance credentials, a master’s degree in economics, and previously held US FINRA investment banking licences; he speaks Japanese with professional fluency and is currently based in London.

Matt brings over 24 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance market, having worked across every stage of the broking cycle, including processing, back-office support, claims, and broking. He began his career in reinsurance, specialising in Marine and Energy classes before expanding into a broader range of specialty lines. This wide-ranging experience has given him a comprehensive understanding of the market and the operational and client service requirements that underpin successful placements. Over the last five years, Matt has focused primarily on delegated authority business and related products, developing deep expertise in this area and supporting the growth and delivery of complex delegated solutions for clients and markets alike.

Brian Cole is Executive Vice President and Head of Financial Lines, USA, based in Boston, where he leads the development of Price Forbes Re’s financial lines practice in close collaboration with North America CEO Patrick Rastiello. Mr. Cole brings over 30 years’ experience to the firm, having previously held senior leadership roles including Executive Vice President at Gallagher Re (formerly Willis Re), Head of Casualty at Lockton Re, and Head of D&O at Guy Carpenter, providing deep expertise across financial lines and casualty reinsurance.

Tom Johansmeyer is Global Head of Index Classes at Price Forbes Re, covering natural and man-made risks worldwide. Previously, he was Head of PCS at Verisk, where he developed new methodologies for industry loss reporting. Tom developed the first embedded carbon offset derivative for catastrophe bonds. He has been recognized for lifetime achievement in the Insurance ERM awards, as well as in a wide range of categories at the Trading Risk Awards, CIR Magazine Risk Management Awards, and others. Tom is currently working on a PhD in international conflict analysis at the University of Kent with a focus on the cyber insurance protection gap as an economic security problem. His work has appeared in Harvard Business Review, the Economist, Lawfare, and the World Economic Forum. Previous employers include Guy Carpenter, Deloitte, and the U.S. Army.

Patrik Manda leads catastrophe modelling at Price Forbes Re, delivering analytics across global reinsurance placements. He and his team specialise in translating complex hazard and exposure data into clear, actionable insight, supporting risk‑transfer strategies and portfolio optimisation across North America, Bermuda, Europe, and the London market.

Jaroslav Zuzak is Head of Reinsurance Analytics at Price Forbes Re, leading analytics for reinsurance pricing, risk transfer optimisation, and MGA capital solutions. He brings more than 15 years’ experience across reinsurance broking analytics and actuarial consulting, supporting clients in the UK, Europe, and North America, and working closely with the London market on international placements and global portfolios.

Colin Kelley is Price Forbes Re’s Chief Commercial Officer. He joined the company in 2020, bringing more than 20 years of both underwriting and broking experience to the firm. Previously he worked at Sompo International where from 2010 he was Commercial Lines Practice Leader, Professional Lines. Prior, he held various roles on the Marsh FINPRO teams in both Bermuda and New York

Isidora Alemparte is a Chilean qualified lawyer and holds an LL.M. from University College London, specialising in Insurance Law. She joined Price Forbes Re as Wordings Director in 2025, following senior contract specialist roles at McGill and Partners and earlier positions at Liberty, Aspen, and XL Catlin.
Isidora focuses on contract governance from creation through execution, providing technical support on coverage, regulatory, and prudential requirements across all reinsurance classes, retrocession, and alternative risk transfer solutions. She brings over 12 years of London Market experience, is Vice Chair of the Reinsurance Wordings Expert Forum (REWEF) since 2024, and is a regular speaker at industry conferences and seminars.

Kevin Hilton is an experienced insurance and reinsurance claims professional with over 30 years of industry expertise. He has spent more than 20 years with Price Forbes Re and its predecessor businesses, developing extensive knowledge across a broad range of claim types and market sectors. Throughout his career, Kevin has held leadership roles managing claims teams within major broking organisations and has overseen complex claims involving Marine, Construction, Energy, Liability, and a wide variety of Binder business. His long-standing market experience, technical claims expertise, and leadership capabilities have enabled him to successfully support clients and stakeholders across diverse and challenging claims environments.
